I checked out a book from the library called Cocktails in New York that features signature cocktails from different bars in Manhattan. Sounds promising right? I bookmarked
the whole book a few of drink recipes to try and decided on a Snickers Bar Martini as my first drink. This recipe makes a very small drink and is pretty potent, so I decided it would be better classified as a sip-able shot. It doesn’t really taste all that much like a Snickers bar, but it is tasty! I may add some milk (or chocolate milk?) next time and see what happens… Already looking forward to trying another recipe from the book!
Snickers Martini Shot
1 oz. vodka
1/4 oz. Bailey’s Original Irish Cream
1/2 oz. Frangelico
1/2 oz. creme de cacao
1. Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
2. Cover and shake vigorously.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. (I rimmed my shot glass with shaved milk chocolate.)
