A useful fourth-grade science project!
Miss F has decided to find out which variety of fruit has the highest number of seeds per ounce of fruit. Not sure what the real-world applications are for such research, but she picked the topic, her teacher said “go for it,” and I don’t have any little gerbils running through mazes in my house. (Aside – we did the rodent/maze thing growing up, a few times. God bless you Mom and Dad!)
The happy side effect of this ground-breaking fruit research is that I have a fridge full of fresh, cut-up, and seeded fruit and that D juiced a pomegranate.
See, kids?? Science IS fun!
